Riven Business
Riven Business is the operations layer of the Riven platform: four vertical suites that run a company on a single account — self-hosted and single-tenant, on your infrastructure or ours. Every suite ships with the same shared modules, so mail, chat, calendar, documents, and telephony live next to your business data instead of in someone else's cloud.
The four suites
Commerce — Live
Webshop and storefront on your domain, catalog, quotes, orders, and fulfillment. Running in production for Client Zero with a 50,000+ product catalog.
Logistics — Client Zero live, integrating
Dispatch, delivery, and fleet operations with AI — from intake to proof of delivery, on the same account as the rest of the suite.
Legal — In development
Contract review, NDA triage, compliance queries, and matter workflow. AI legal capabilities are available today through the Riven platform while the suite is built out.
Realty — Planned
Property, lease, and tenant operations — portfolios, maintenance intake, and documents.
Shared modules
Modules are not separate products. They roll up under whichever suites you run and share one account, one identity, and one data plane.
- Webshop — Storefront and checkout on your own domain.
- Catalog — Product and pricing data, importable at scale.
- Mail — Business email on your domain, on your tenant.
- Comms — Team chat and channels, single-tenant.
- Calendar — Scheduling shared across the suite.
- Docs — Documents and knowledge, searchable by AI.
- Telephony — Voice on your numbers. Early access.
Deployment model
Every Riven Business deployment is single-tenant by default: your data lives in a dedicated environment, on your domain, with daily backups. You choose residency — run it on your own infrastructure or on ours. There is no shared multi-tenant database and no cross-tenant credentials.
Getting access
Riven Business is deployed per company, not self-serve. Request a deployment from the Riven Business page — you will hear back from a person, not a queue. For the platform itself (Chat, Computer, API), see Getting started.
